Paneer (cottage cheese) cut into cubes : 400 gms
Gram flour (Besan) : 1 cup
Red Chili powder : ½ tsp
Salt To Taste

Method : How to make Egg Pakora
- Sprinkle little salt and little chili powder on paneer pieces.
- In a bowl mix gram flour, salt, chili powder and make a thick batter using water.
- Heat oil in a kadahi.
- Dip each paneer piece in the batter and deep fry till golden brown on medium flame.
- Serve Paneer pakora hot with green chutney.
